The Clan should be as alive as possible. Alive means, active and healthy. This means some kind of housekeeping is necessary to clean the Clan.

Cleaning means:

1. Any TFB Member with a prefix should not be removed. They should at least stay for 6 month.
2. Any Member with at least 1 point in a season should not be removed.
3. non TFB members which are inactive for about 1 month should be deleted if they didn’t contribute points during the actual season.

It’s a game and most players will not stay forever. So, it’s up to the leaders to identify if a player will come back or not. This is sometimes not easy.

Because of this always check:

• their activity in the past and
• if someone is new to the game
• if a player is already integrated in the clan or not

All these information will be used to determine who will be removed or not. The chance that someone will be deleted is high in the first 7 days of the new season. If a player is inactive for 7 more days with 0 week and 0 season points, this player will be deleted.

There are several ways to archive this:

• The carrier results and
• their season statistics on their profile pages.

The results can be hidden, their statistics 📊 not. So, if they didn’t play in the last seasons that much, this guy will be removed.

Deleting members can be done by Co-Leaders.

The Clan has 10 Elite role slots. The Elite slots set daily and the 10 best players will get the Role.

The roles can only set by the Leader.

There are 3 slots available for those players which are leading the seasonal scoreboard. This means that the 3 best contributors will be visible on the main page.

The Leader can set this only.
